After a decade of settling thousands of insurance claims for dozens of insurance companies we noticed a gap in settlement payments to homeowners and business owners that suffered a loss. Without our involvement the insurance companies all too often rely on underdeveloped individuals and unproven technology to estimate your damages. Then they apply their own guidelines and best practices - this is an accounting process and has nothing to do with your claim. The end result is an under paid claim or even a denial. We work with your insurance company to reach a fair and equitable settlement for your loss. In most cases that means writing a more professional estimate based on your damages. In some cases that means showing them how to correctly apply the coverage that your specific policy affords.
Rich began his adjusting career in 2011 after performing 7 years of roofing, renovations, mitigation and mold remediation projects he became an insurance adjuster. He enjoyed helping people in the most difficult of situations get their homes and businesses returned to normal. His estimating skills and knowledge of water damage and mold quickly made him the go to person on the Treasure and Space Coasts for dozens of Florida's insurance carriers. As one of the busiest independent adjusters in Florida he settled thousands of wide ranging claims from hurricane and wind to water damage, mold, vandalism, roof leaks, fire and smoke. In their corner, his involvement in a residential or commercial claim would ensure a quick and conservative settlement for the insurance company. More often than not he was brought in to correct a prior adjusters efforts and avoid litigation against the insurance company. In 2020, frustrated with the bureaucracies that the insurance companies created he became a public adjuster to get back to his roots and continue to help homeowners and business owners recover after a loss. Now he is in your corner.
